1. Zero Data Collection Architecture

When you use Ream on your iPad, all computational tasks — including parametric coordinate rendering, CoreGraphics vector compiling, SVG layout generation, and Apple Pencil drawing engine — are performed exclusively on your device's local processor.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your:

• Handwriting, sketches, or Apple Pencil stroke data.
• Custom stationery parameters, staves, or notebook layouts.
• Personal identity, email addresses, or contact information.
• Location or device advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2. Local On-Device Document Storage

Your templates, worksheets, and paper designs are stored strictly locally inside the app sandbox on your iPad. Ream does not operate cloud sync servers or external storage.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases for Ream Pro are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment infrastructure. We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to manage subscription offerings, restore purchases, and validate App Store receipts.

RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase tokens, encrypted StoreKit transaction receipts, and a random, pseudonymous App User ID to verify your subscription and entitlement status. No credit card details, billing addresses, names, email addresses, or personal data are ever collected, transmitted, or stored by RevenueCat or Ream. 4. Third-Party Analytics & Tracking

Ream contains zero advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs. We do not use Google Firebase, Meta Pixel, advertising beacons, data brokers, or user profiling libraries, and we never track your activity across other apps or websites. Crash reports and diagnostic telemetry are handled solely through Apple's opt-in TestFlight and iOS diagnostic framework if you have enabled diagnostics sharing in your iPad settings.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Because Ream is frequently used by primary students, lettering learners, and children practicing cursive handwriting, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy regulations. Ream collects no personal information whatsoever from children or any other user.
