Terms of Service

1. Creator Commercial Rights

Any stationery sheets, notebooks, planners, calligraphy staves, or worksheets that you design and export from Ream belong entirely to you. You are 100% free to sell, distribute, print, or monetize your exported PDFs and SVGs on platforms like Etsy, Gumroad, or in classrooms with zero royalties owed to Ream.

2. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ream application ("App") or accessing the Ream website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. License Grant

Ream grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded iPad device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Ream offers optional Pro access processed securely through Apple's App Store payment infrastructure:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends.
• Refunds: All payments and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to App Store customer policies.

5. Intellectual Property of Ream

The Ream name, logo, source code, UI designs, vector synthesis algorithms, and assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Ream and its creators. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or redistribute the application's underlying code or binary packages.

6. User Content & Privacy

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, Ream does not access, store, or monitor your handwriting, custom staves, or notes. You retain full ownership and copyright of all creative content produced using the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ream is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ream, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
